L'UGX Combination Base & Top Coats Editorial Review
The L'UGX Gel No Wipe Top Coat and Base Coat Set has garnered mixed reviews from users, with a notable divide in customer experience based on the product's Consistency and performance. On one hand, many users praise the shiny finish and longevity of their manicures, stating that it lasts over a week without peeling. This durability, combined with a relatively inexpensive price of about $10 for the set, makes it appealing for those seeking cost-effective nail care solutions. However, a significant downside mentioned by several reviewers is the thickness of the gels, which some find problematic. Users describe the top coat as too thick, making it difficult to apply smoothly. Complaints about the product being hard to open, along with difficulties in application, have been reported by others. Some customers have even encountered issues with bottles being sealed excessively, resulting in frustration before they could even try the product. Interestingly, while some appreciate the thicker Consistency for reducing pooling on nails and achieving a long-lasting shine, others have reported that it feels clumpy and isn't user-friendly. Additionally, there have been conflicting experiences regarding the product's smell, with some suggesting that it has an unpleasant odor. In conclusion, while the L'UGX Gel Set has excellent potential with its glossy finish and durability, it certainly comes with concerns over its thick Consistency and usability. Potential buyers might want to weigh the Pros of long-lasting shine against the Cons of application difficulties. **
