The white material is thin, however, so it is recommended to wear something underneath. You can wash it on a gentle cycle, and air dry it. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with an eye patch. Overall, customers found the costume to be cute and good quality. However, some people received the costume with a strange smell, and it was almost see-through. Also, some customers did not receive the headpiece as expected.
