The gameplay seems to be a matter of personal preference, with some customers describing it as strange and not worth the price. One reviewer mentioned that starting out in the game can be confusing and difficult due to the controls. On the other hand, there are some positive opinions, with one customer stating that their son loves the game. In summary, the customer reception for Dead Alliance: Day One Edition on PlayStation 4 has been somewhat polarizing. While some customers found the gameplay to be repetitive and confusing, others enjoyed the game, particularly when given as a gift to children.
