**** The customer experience with this phone case has been mixed, showing a range of opinions about its usability and protective qualities. Many users have expressed frustration with the case's installation process, describing it as complicated and cumbersome. This difficulty often leads to concerns about potential harm to the phone during fitting, detracting from the overall satisfaction with the product. In terms of protection, some customers have found that the case does not hold up well against falls, with reports of cracks and scratches occurring after only a few months of use. Although some users appreciate the robust nature of the case, others are disappointed by its longevity and performance over time. The aesthetic appeal of the case does receive some praise, with customers noting that it looks good once installed. However, durability issues, particularly related to peeling and cracking, significantly undermine the positive aspects many hoped for. This has led some to advise potential buyers against purchasing, expressing that the case does not live up to its claims. Overall, while the product may have some appeal for its design and potential protection features, the user feedback suggests Considerable room for improvement in both usability and durability. **
